Question by yXw484: Is taking yoga lessons going to affect my muscles?
I’m thinking about starting yoga Monday – Friday for an hour, about 5 hours before weightlifting with a personal trainer ( for about 45 minutes). is yoga going to affect the muscles i build during weight training? I’d rather have larger muscles then a lot of flexibility but then again I’m pretty inflexible. Does yoga kinda cancel out what i obtain from weightlifting in any way?
